Website maintenance may include updates, backups, security monitoring, performance checks, and minor fixes based on the selected plan. Maintenance services do not include major design changes, feature additions, or custom development unless agreed separately.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client will own the final website design and content, excluding third-party themes, plugins, tools, or licensed assets. fastlaneweb.com retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless explicitly restricted by the client in writing.
6. Third-Party Services
Our services may rely on third-party platforms, hosting providers, plugins, or software. fastlaneweb.com is not responsible for disruptions, limitations, or changes caused by third-party services.
7. Limitation of Liability
fastlaneweb.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, revenue, or business arising from the use or inability to use our services.
